 I am born & raised in sub-continent region, in a country called Pakistan. I come from a city in the hub of industrial zone, known as Sialkot

Growing up in a large family of food lovers, I was accustomed to seeing my mother single-handedly cook up a feast for hundreds of people. It is not surprising that I inadvertently inherited the love of cooking and feeding the masses from my mother.

Before moving to Germany in 2010, I spent 4 years in the Netherlands, where I studied Hotel Management Sciences at the Hotel school The Hague . Throughout this period, I continued to nurture my love for cooking and learning about new foods.

I have firm belief in the ability of uniting and bringing people together over food.
This brings me to create my own venture called “Haldi”. Haldi, called turmeric in English is an important ingredient in my cuisine and has the distinctive characteristic of “healing”.

That is exactly what I wish to do with my work.

I also specialize in desserts from all over the globe, be it Continental, Oriental or Asian.

Thanks to my insanely sweet tooth, it never ceases to make me experience deserts from all over the world.

In order to share my love for food with others, I offer cooking classes at the Mannheimer Abendakademie and the Volkshochschule in Worms, Ludwigshafen, Bad Durkheim.

I also offer private cooking classes in small groups to private and corporate customers.

I am currently expanding my services as a “Mietkoch” for the resturants and cafe’s.
